and our quick turnaround of repairs. We regularly outperform other dealers due to our long standing
focus on outstanding service. Our service department is supported with a state of the art computer
system complete with shop floor control. Our employees know the importance to get the job done right
the first time.
TURF SERVICE will service any brand of outdoor power equipment regardless of
where it was purchased.
Our service technicians have over 30 years of combined experience in outdoor power equipment and have
virtually every essential tool necessary to affect the repair. We are the warranty dealer for all

TURF SERVICE is equipped with trucks and trailers to pickup and deliver your unit regardless if it is running or not
As a note, we cannot repair machines “over the phone”! As a company policy, we cannot make
any service comments, or attempt to diagnosis any malfunction or repair procedure without the
machine being in our shop, “on the clock”! Over and above our standard upfront diagnosis charge,
if you request, we will advise you of the estimated repair cost before it is repaired.
PARTS DEPARTMENT
TURF SERVICE EQUIPMENT SALES AND REPAIR prides itself for being able and equipped to supply
any part from virtually any manufacturer. Whether the part is in our
inventory or not, we will attempt to identify the necessary part and source the item from a
distributor for ordering. Our parts department utilizes a state of the art computer system and
employees knowledgeable to help. If the item is not in our extensive inventory, the delivery usually
takes only a few days to arrive.
